Since becoming a part of the Goodwin team I have achieved and pushed myself further than I would have ever expected, getting the one to one tuition and hands on experience has really helped me to learn quickly and gain knowledge of the real working environment. Being a part of the IT team is a good challenge with lots of hands on tasks. Starting this apprenticeship has opened so many doors for me.
TRAINER STATEMENT:
Working within a team Lily has learnt to apply logic and develop confidence in building, troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues in contexts of computer networks, hardware, software, Voiceover-IP (VoIP) and mobile devices – and these essential IT skills and experience can be applied in any workplace. Lily’s initial training has helped to make her a valuable asset to the department with a greater understanding and appreciation of industrial systems and processes.
