My practical skills and engineering knowledge have improved vastly since starting with Goodwin International. I am now working in a niche field that I thoroughly enjoy. I feel that I am learning new things all of the time and am encouraged to do so. I have been made to feel like I am a valued member of the QC team and hope to be part of the department throughout my career.
TRAINER STATEMENT:
On the job training has led Ben to gain specific skills and qualifications that are required in order for him to fit into the metrology industry. His determination and willingness to learn has made him a valuable member of the Quality Control team, his initial Goodwin Apprentice Training has given him the perfect platform to start his career in the metrology industry. This will hopefully help him grow into the Group’s leading metrology expert.
