I started the Goodwin Apprenticeship Scheme in 2014 and to this day I haven’t looked back. When I started I had only basic knowledge of health and safety, but now I am learning something new everyday and am growing in my job role.
Since joining the company I have passed my IOSH training and am having further training for NEBOSH and ISO 9001.
TRAINER STATEMENT:
Over Gemma’s 10 months of on the job training she has become competent to perform a large number of health and safety tasks at a very high standard. She has become an integral part of the team with what looks to be a bright future with the opportunity of a great career. With a future plan to do her NEBOSH General Certificate starting in September, she will have on the job experience backed up with a recognised qualification.
